You can do a lot with reinforced concrete, but you should do without slender trusses made of reinforced concrete! Simply not a good idea, especially near the sea!
The combination of corrosion extent, method of restoration, age of restoration, and lack of monitoring makes this bridge the lowest I have seen this year. Probably impossible to top!
