Our self-sufficient moisture and temperature measurements for modeling chloride transport in concrete have been running for over three years! ๐
As part of the Candice project with Fritz Binder (ASFiNAG), the first-generation nodes are in use here. They brave the harsh conditions – several times a year, nodes and sensors are hosed down by a steam jet at 120 bar during tunnel washing. But the first generation works without any problems and has recorded and transmitted around 5.6 million measured values to date. ๐ช
We keep on going!
